Caring staff and lovely little accommodation. Very good building and rooms with 3 beds. - Magnificent and unbeatable location right by nearby tube stops, theatre and underground and Victoria and Pimlico Tube. - Convenient amenities like luggage storage, a kettle, and nightstands.

Cheap, tidy room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent service within 12 miles of the airport.

All the rooms are cheap and the staff is polite.

There was a great restaurant and pleasant and polite staff. In a magnificent and unbeatable location close to pubs and bars. We had goodies and coffee at Gail's Bakery Pimlico, it was located right next to the venue.

The accommodation is well-maintained and has a beautiful setting close to various amenities. the hotel staff at the reception desk is exceptionally helpful.

This place is situated in a clean European-style building with very friendly staff, offering spacious and affordable rooms with amenities like tea and a bathroom.

Nothing, maybe the kindness of the receptionists. Nevertheless, I would like to say that this hotel was not worth it and not accessible. The breakfast was very poor with only a sandwich with slice cheese or else 2 types of cereal. I expected very much more since it is an expensive hotel! The room is very small and even the shower. Not even a wardrobe in the room. I travel a lot!! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone especially to old people

This venue is conveniently situated near Buckingham Palace, with easy access to public transportation and theaters, and it's close to Victoria train station; we enjoyed a delicious brunch at the Cask Pub & Kitchen within walking distance.
